SHIPPING:
Ignite Glass and Gifts fills all orders after payment has been received. All products are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase. All orders include a tracking number(s) which will be emailed to you once shipped. Ignite Glass and Gifts does not guarantee arrival dates or times. Weather conditions may impact your packages arrival time. Ignite Glass and Gifts reserves the right to add signature requirement to any order. There must be someone over the age of 18 to receive the shipment upon arrival.

CANCELATIONS:
Order cancelations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All order cancelations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Otherwise ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Again, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are allowed except in the case of products damaged during shipping.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS:
If you receive any damaged or missing items, immediately email us at IgniteGlassAndGifts@gmail.com with photos of the package and all contents. Emails regarding damaged products must be received within 24 hours after the receipt of your delivery. Any products that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned. Ignite Glass and Gifts reserves the right to deny damaged products if there is any evidence of products being used. Emails regarding missing items can take up to 48 hours for a response from Ignite Glass and Gifts. We document all shipments be packaged, thus it takes time to look into the issue via camera footage of the package being processed for shipping.
RETURN TO SENDER POLICY:
If an incorrect shipping address, an "undeliverable" address, or delivery is refused to the address that is provided, you'll be responsible for any additional shipping fees. To avoid this, we recommend double-checking your shipping details when placing your order. If you'd prefer a refund instead, we can absolutely arrange that. The refund will be processed minus the return shipping costs.
UNCOLLECTED PARCELS:
If a parcel isn't collected from the post office within 14 days (10 business days), it will be returned to us. We know that sometimes things slip through the cracks – it happens! To make sure your order arrives smoothly, it’s always a good idea to keep an eye on your tracking information and collect your parcel on time.
